A friend has asked if I know of any horror movie clip montages - from classics like Nosferatu/Universal Monsters up to modern day movies... all in one file if possible. Sort of a chronological look of iconic horror movie scenes.

He wants to use his projector to show the movie montage on his garage door for Halloween night.

The Misfits used to do this back in the 90s for their shows, and that's what he is trying to find.

All the stuff he's been coming up with on searches hasn't been what he's looking for.

Thanks for any help you can give!

There are a bunch of free YouTube downloader web apps. He could find clips on YouTube, then save them to his computer and use a free movie maker to blend them all into 1 video.

    60

I did the same about 2 years ago and every year add to it. It's up to over 2 1/2 hrs of clips from horror films from the 60's till today! You can use windows movie maker if you have a windows pc to edit them all together and even add your own sound track. The end result is a really cool back drop to your outdoor party!

I told him the same thing... but I think he's hoping that someone had a clips montage all done and ready to go...
