This year I've setup the grave yard earlier than ever (just to get it out of the way)

The interesting 'moving' parts won't go up until next weekend. In the mean time I'm losing my mind setting up the garage.

Here's a few more of the garage setup so far (still a work in progress). The Frankenstein creature moves forward and back off the table. The mad surgeon is holding down the semi-dead patient (which struggles to get up). The upside-down skeleton swings back and forth. The door has a computer screen with 'spooky' images. The zombie doctor turns his head back & forth with a talking skull.

I've setup the columns and archway. They will be moved down the entrance to the driveway as the date gets closer.
