I've pressed down waiting for some spring to make it pop up, but i'm afraid I'm breaking her, so please owners of Donna, HOW DO I LIFT HER? OR AT LEAST CAN SOMEONE SCAN ME A DONNA THE DEAD INSTRUCTIVE¿?

There are 2 plastic lock pins that are attached up through the bottom of the base that pass through her feet into the leg rods. Keeps her from popping up in transport. Did you remove those ? They are just a twist lock type of fitting.

Thanks for the help. 3 seconds after I wrote this I managed to lift her.
