    Because it is spring in Sunny South Africa it means we have thunderstorms.
    I have seen so many tutorials with paper mache.


    Question:

    Can you make it waterproof?

    Polyurethane, spar urethane, varnish, etc. Some people use latex paint. I've heard that the nastier the stuff the better it works!
