I am at a loss. I purchased the Bigcartel pumpkin animation download version. The file type is .wmv
The projector I have requires files to be .avi and provides a link to their free downloadable program to do so. I tried it and the animation tranfered properly but the music is now squeeks.
Does anyone have other free programs they can recommend? Or other ideas?

handbrake is also an excellent free converting tool.
