    My second prop ever! Still working on it, needs some work on the head and I will be finishing the base and as some lighting as well as adding a tombstone behind him, but the hard parts are done!

    Really nice! I like how both arms come off the ground and then slap back down. At some point, can you show the inner guts? I made one last year which has different movement but I like how yours looks.

    Thanks! I had some trouble with the movement by using just one or two plumbers straps, so i decided to go a slightly different route and go with five straps controlling (or limiting) the movement - 2 in the back, one in the front and one on each side. That is how I get him to "lift" up. I needed two in the back since the strap broke when it was just one.

    I will get some pics up eventually, still trying to finish him off. I can tell you that I am a bit worried about how hard he slaps down, and just praying that the glue on the PVC holds!!
