So I have all these latex rubber skull faces I make around here, and I notice they are about the right size to replace a Walgreens face with....so I had to try it!
Its basically a latex and shop rag buildup to blend the 2 halves together...the body is the plastic and heat-gun corpsing method..(I just had to give that a try too).
Here's a few pics of the process, and the results....
