    Wanting to do a haunted barn this year and am looking for ideas. I'd love to do a haunted horse kind of thing, but am trying to come up with a down-and-dirty quick way to make a skeletal or zombie horse (not cartoon). I think I may have access to a cow or horse skull... any ideas?

    We have a bunch of old old saddles and reins and tack that would be usable somehow.

    Any other thoughts on other ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    He included a link to the plans but just the pics showed up, and the links for directions on his website are broken.
