Started setting up some of the outdoor display. Fence and columns and placed a few tombstones for effect. The sign post is something I built a few years back and essentially is my only security. Never had a problem. Keep it lit at night I have several more tombstones to go, and don't leave them out, but it felt good to get it started. The neighborhood kids are buzzing!

I'm working on several other projects in the basement right now so just put up the bare essentials to get people to notice. The majority of it goes out Halloween day and there is a LOT more. I also have to build three other scenes in the walkthrough. I'll take some pics of the whole thing along with some night shots on H'ween itself.

Awesome! I love the feeling when cars actually stop in front of your house to see the progress!

Looks great and you have some cool stones and pillars. Can't wait to see the Grand Finale.

It's designjed this way. The one end of the fence is attached to a column and the end shown is free standing. I use two pieces of rebar lined up with two of the fence rungs and zip tie them together. The rebar won't go into the pvc due to the screw which holds the pvc in place. It's hardly visible during the day and totally undetectable at night.

I know what you mean! We're getting a lot of traffic suddenly slowing down and looking.

Thanks SR! I love being able to see the whole thing on Halloween night with lights and fog, and of course, visitors to appreciate it. I'm hoping to get a lot of pics and hpefully some video.

Just lovely. Your graveyard looks like a real one that was on a little family plot hidden down a forgotten country road... just lovely.
