I decided to put this old ceiling fan to use today. This is just a test model. The finish one will be a little more detailed than a couple of grocery bags hanging.
I also think I need more weight to help slow down the fan. I started with the fan blades extended and the "ghosts" hanging from them. Although it slowed the fan down with the added weight, it also made the ghosts appear to move faster.
The ghosts I will try to get made tomorrow for this will be lit up either with flashing LED's or glow sticks.
