Hi,
This isn't the cheapest solution but its pretty easy to do. I needed some light up skulls for my fence posts.
What I did was grab some rechargeable candles and a bag of skulls. Cut a small hole in the bottom of each skull, put the candle over them, used black electrical tape to cover up the white base and tape a metal washer to the back.
My fence posts are metal so I used some very small neodymium magnets to mount them to the fence posts.

I'll add another pic of them in use as soon as this rain is over
Overall cost is about 40 bucks.
