You will need paper/toliet/wrapping paper rolls, hot glue, an egg crate and a cheap dollar store tea candle.

here's the simple instructions.

1. put a cut out egg crate section into a paper towel roll so it fits snuggly. then draw a line around the crate.
2. cut off the extra at the top so you have a nice little bowl out of the egg crate.
3. insert an electronic tea light. hot glue it around the edge of the egg crate and let dry.
4. While its drying use hot glue around the edge of the paper towel roll then let it dry.
5. back to the egg crate, cut off some of the bottom so you can access the switch. Then build up hot glue around the sides and the edges of the top.
6. with the paper towel add drips the shorter the roll the more drips you should add.
7. paint the roll and egg crate/candle a glossly color, white, orange or black.
8. turn the light on, and insert it into the roll.
