    Thanks... Yes, its an Apartment....They like it... I dont do the fog and sound every night... I put on sound and fog on Halloween Weekend only....

    U\I sed the same technique as for a flying crank ghost for the tipping hat. On the inside of the hat I have a fishing line that attaches to the center of the hat (in the inside). Then the line goes through a hole in the skeleton's head at the top, and through a hole at the base, bottom, of the skull... and then has a counter weight at the end of the fishing wire... so when the crank motor lowers the hat, the counter weighted line will properly guide it back down to the right position on the skull.
