Here is something that I thought of that I may try for next season. I know that some people use projectors to project video on to other surfaces, like singing pumpkins. I was wondering if anyone has done any sort of computer animation projection where the speaking object is actually controlled by a person speaking into a microphone?

The only animation props like that would be ImaginEERIEing puppets. But you have to use a separate mic & manually control talking puppet. There is a voice active puppet mode, but certain words will hang mouth open or closed too much..... easier to manually work it & separate voice box
A number of people have used this as I with great results, you van even use the pumpkin one with eyes / mouth only & project to pumpkin to make it interactive with ToTers.

but that is the only program / projection out there I know of............. Then there is Monkey basics new VrtualHaunt that can record a performance for playback......
