I get alot of little TOT's so I go for a subdued creepy look, rather than an all out blood bath.

looks great! this is my first year building props as well. I hope I do as well as you, I'll post pictures when completed. thanks for sharing.

The mask is attached to a foam skull. The arms are made of grocery sacks and wire coat hangers inside of socks. The shoulders and body are a "T" of pvc that I inserted into a concrete tube and filled with rocks and Great Stuff that is attached to a plywood square. Her dress is a Queen sized black sheet and the hands are a pair of groundbreaker hands that I just had laying around and wasn't using. There are quite a few safety pins and zip ties in there too....
