I do your normal witch prop stirring the cauldron but I like to change up the face from year to year. This year I chose your classic green hag more cartoony looking. I like the people to actually not to be scared to bring the kids to my door on Halloween and some of my older props were too frightening for some children. I re build the body every year and put on new heads to keep it fresh.
