    Sounds like Donna's DEAD!

Can you take her apart and get to the motor to see if it's jammed? Or does she have any rubber belts on the motor that are broken?

Mine has done that each year I have used her. Make sure her gown or a wire isn't tangled and if all else fails just kind of smack her. It got mine going

Thanks Guys - Turned out to be a broken belt - I was able to replace it with a .59 cent o-ring
