First off just wanted to say hello to this community. I have been a long time lurker, first time posted.

Now down to the details. Our office is having a "Door Decorating" contest. I am leading the charge for our department. The plan is to remove our current 8x3ft door and make another door from scratch. Thinking about a door that would lead to the entrance to a mine with a skeleton/ghoul embedded into the door. I would like to somehow make the door glow red through the cracks of it. Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.

Also, we are planning on doing a "Haunt" inside our little space as well. We call it the Den. It is our personal room that we can make pitch black. We are thinking about a "Haunted Mine" theme to go with the door. I have been looking up and down all over the forums getting ideas. We have 6 cubicles, and only 3 of them are occupied. Lastly, we have about a $200.00 budget to work with, we are all engineers. I also do a Christmas display, 128 channels all set to music so I have the ability to sync electrical with sounds, such as explosions, lightning, ect, by bringing in my system from home. I plan on building almost everything myself, I have a full wood/metal shop at my disposal so the plan is to go big with this project.
