Grave Grabber –

I knocked out another project I had on my list, my Grave Grabber. Not many photos taken because I just wanted to get it done. I used all the tips from members of the forum. He has an arm reach of about 3 1/2 feet. Both arms move and the head turns from side to side. The hardware was carefully covered with shreaded sheets, I had to work around all the moving parts so they wouldn't jam. Then I shaded the sheets black with spray paint and then covered it all with some creepy cloth I picked up at the dollar store. The head is a very old mask that has basically dissintegrated from the heat up in the attic, it's just falling apart. Years ago I stuffed it with some old spider web material and then I poured fake blood all over it. I looks just gross enough to earn a spot on this prop. If I have time, I'm going to re-do the hands. I temporarily attached some foam hands I made when I was experimenting with some left over Great Stuff I had. I stuck my hand in some wet sand and sprayed foam into the hand print. Then I painted them with black and red spray paint. They were quick and easy to make but not exactly the look I was going for.
Shhhh. Wait. What was that?
