Checked out a local yard sale down the street yesterday and my wife came across a Radio Flyer wagon full of bones, antlers, and skulls hidden in the corner of this guys yard. I immediately jumped on it inquiring the backstory of these remnants. He was an avid hunter with a deer lease in North Texas and this collection was scraps from the land he had collected over the years and they had been sitting in this wagon for several years! I asked to purchase, he said no, just take what I wanted as he had no use for this stuff! Its not considered "trophy worthy". I happily dug through the pile of antlers to find jaw bones, deer and hog skulls and even a massive cow pelvic bone! Well, now what? Any ideals on how to incorporate these things into Halloween props? Anybody done this before? The only thing Ive come up with so far is to drill holes through the ends of the jaw bones and string them together like some sort of morbid wind chime. Ill be hanging that over in my witches coven, seems appropiate. Any ideals what to do with the rest? Heres the pics.
The last pic shows the huge (like three foot long and ten plus pounds!) cow pelvic bone. Yes it looks like a mask and Yes I tried it on as such! Very uncomfortable!

Definitely would make a great mask. Drape some creepy cloth over it put some lights or those bush eyes in the holes and a fogger beneath. You've got a smoke spewing, red eyed monster. Great haul.

Would make a great scarecrow, or some sort of beast from your own imagination.
I picked up a steer skull at a thrift store recently, and he's now mounted on a stake out front with some burlap. Creepy!!

I would conglomerate the pelvis with some of the jaw-bones until I got something resembling a "Predator." Then throw on a set of antlers for good measure and go with the creepy cloth or burlap on some sort of large frame and the red light.
Undead and loving it!
