hey fellow haunters, I'm having trouble setting up my cam system im using the drill method to lift my box lid up. My problem is the cam system the drill either slips or doesnt turn the wood im using can anyone help me with elaborate details i need step by step instruction because im getting no where and trick or treat nights right around the corner so anyone out there plz help

Heres how I made mine, which works well.

Uses a drill instead of a wiper motor.

if the drill isnt turning the wood then you probably dont have it clamped to the bolt in the chuck very well.... so, tighten those nuts, epoxy them to the wood, I dont have an image but they make nuts that are designed to be embeded into the wood with 3-4 little teeth and you may want to seek those out to help you.

Ok so expoxy the nut from the drill to the wood ill def give it a wirl
