Does anyone have a video of a Fog Hog Jr. II working?

I picked up a used one and it does not appear to be operating at full output. There is an occasional burst where the machine seems to function properly. The pump is whisper quiet compared to my Lite F/X 700W unit, but a video of a regular Fog Hog seemed to have a very quiet pump (and significantly more fog output than my unit) so I do not know if there is a problem or if the Jr. is just a low output model. A description of the Jr. II here makes me think it should have much higher output though.

I have thus far:
Checked the fuse
Disassembled the pump which appears to be in good shape
Replaced the pump diode
Flushed the system with vinegar and distilled water
Removed nozzle and removed debris
Removed the copper feed line and heater and flushed with alcohol and air

I took the machine apart again and the heater had clogged again. I spent more time flushing it this time and the machine now seems to be working fine.
