Thread: My front window Harpy!

Ok, so she doesn't have wings or anything, but I've been thinking of her as a harpy all week, so that's what I'm calling her. I'm going to make my front window display into boarded windows with a harpy-esque character leaning out between "broken" boards. Here is the basic construct of it so far:


The body is just the upper half, and it'll actually have clothes on eventually. LOL

I just finished painting the head that I sculpted for her last Thursday and I wanted to show it off a bit. What do you guys think?

She looks great, cant wait to see the finished display.

My front window display is finally done and up on the window so I thought I'd show her off a bit.


I think I need to straighten out her shirt a bit so she doesn't look quite so thin, but otherwise I think she looks pretty good. I wish I would have realized how high up in the window I was putting her, I didn't think about that. If I had, I would have had her coming out a bit lower, but oh well, I'm still happy with how she turned out.
