My mom just got in her Venetian Victoria from GR and she put in fresh batteries and the eyes will come on for a moment then go off and stay off until you touch her. The ad on the site said she is supposed to have "eyes light up and then eerily fade in and out", which isnt happening.

if anyone else got this prop could you please tell me if yours fades in and out on her eyes? So far my moms comes on only if touched for about 10 seconds and then goes off and stays off until you bonk her or something.

I got Helsa from grandin road and the same thing is happening with her. Must be they only go off if activated

I'm certainly not an electrician, but what you've described sounds like there may be a loose wire.

nope, moms just going to let it be a static prop, I checked what I could without too much damage to the figure and she told me not to bother further. :/

I'm thinking that's all it supposed to do I wish the eyes would just stay lit!
