This is the area for props right? Now normally I don't do this but in today's world this is very rare...
I have to give some serious props to Brian at Ohmygadgets for his Medusa DMX Support. For the newb looking to make their haunt a little better and move into the area of electronics and automated control you couldn't ask for better support. Brian has helped me out on several and I do mean several issues and what's more impressive is that none of the issues were due to his product. I won't go on and on, I am just very impressed and Brian really helped me get my haunt together this year as I transitioned into an area I knew nothing about.
I strongly recommend the Medusa DMX for anyone on the fence.
So what am I using it for?
VSA and RF controlled air cannon
LED eyes on 3 axis skull
All servos on 3 axis skull
Pneumatic Coffin
Fog machine VSA and RF
VSA RoseMary prop via a switched medusa input through the foot pad interface

That's awesome to hear! I'm sure Brian will very much appreciate this. I have to second your praise of the board and Brian. The Medusa board plays a keep part in my 3-Axis show as well.

Brian was a huge huge help to us earlier this year when we first went to DMX servo control using the Medusa. We have two new props for this year both of which are controlled by Medusa DMX boards. One board controls a coffin that opens and closes with a 3 axis skull on a skeleton that raises up. That Medusa board also controlls the eye movement and eye colors as well as one of Brian's LED spots. The other board controls Buckaneerbabe's animated raven.
I will mention here as well that all of the animation for these props was done using Nelson Barios' TrackSkull. Nelson has also been a big big help to us.

Wow, guys! Thanks? You're welcome? I'm blushing? Well... I do what I can. I know what it's like to be out of ideas when trying to solve a problem on a deadline.
+1 to Nelson, as well. I've only played with Helmsman a little, but he helped me validate the early Medusa DMX product, while I was still in the testing phase. He's a good guy to work with.
Thanks again for the "props", guys!
