The first of my decorations to go up. Made the witch from paper mache, so she's staying on the porch. Pumpkin is made from burlap covered with monster mud. There are a pair of griffins beside the steps that are always up year round.

Classic Halloween display! I love witches on Halloween. They were always a staple of Halloween decor when I was a kid. Love her expression, and the griffins are really appropriate!
