I just gotta clean up the hazard waste now and I'm already for the big day.

That is just unbelievably wicked. I don't really think it needs corrosion. It makes the situation seem a lot more recent and accidental. Well done. I never would've thought of that. Now, you need to convince a family member or your significant other to be Jill Valentine. ^_-

Actually we have multiple actors this year along with our static zombies. All are employees of the Umbrella Corporation or test subjects. Some are SRT members, Dr’s or nurses complete with Umbrella Corporation ID cards.
We are looking forward to the big day…

Looks cool! My added touch would be to add apply some Great Stuff Foam to give it a spewed out chemical look and paint it up if you wish.

Hazmat drums are yellow if that helps ya . Rust I use brown outdoor paint thined with water so it's not over bearing just looks like surface rust.
