With the nice weather in the north east, I'm getting a start on some outdoor setup and bringing some props out of storage for tuneups and slight remodelling.
I'll update this post as more things are dragged out. I think the spider victim needs more work, not quite right IMO

I love the demon on the wall. Did you build that yourself? If so is there a tutorial. LOL If not where did you get him he is soooooo cool.

Great looking props. I'm really liking the demon holding the skull. That is awesome!
