I'm looking to Put a prop behind a tombstone connected to a Pneumatic Cylinder.
I'm looking to Have it Come Up over the top of the tombstone and Out about 3 or 4 Feet in front of the tombstone.
I have played a bit with the 4-Bar Linkage simulator, and I just cant seem to get BOTH enough Lift, and Enough Forward travel.
Anyone have any Ideas?

How 'bout using one to raise the prop then a scissor mechanism to extend the prop?

The thought HAD occurred to me, but I was trying to do it with a single Cylinder... But it's still on the table.

Depending on the location, you might be able to do a scissor extender, but have it angled up. So when retracted it hides behind the tombstone a 18" or so, and when it extends, it just clears the top of the tombstone as it extends past. A properly built scissor prop should be able to handle this as long as you don't have like 10pounds on the end.
