    Here's the fence panels I got back in the spring from a friend that found them in her neighbors yard to throw away.......... Finally painted to look old.

    Now go over it again gently with a darker rust color. Just one or two shades darker, very lightly. Maybe just using a paper towel to barely drybrush it. Or an old sponge and dab at the deepest parts of your rusty spots.

    thanks all!! sponged on dark and light grey, burnt sienna, and a patina green. I used the sea sponges. only took 2 hours. I will repost after getting them up the weekend.
