Last year after Halloween we were putting away our props and found that someone stole the plugs to the Gemmy witch with bubbling/fogging cauldron... shame on them.

    http://www.spirithalloween.com/produ...ging-cauldron/

We have done everything from contacting Gemmy .. yeah right that worked pffft.
i have looked online through fry's electronics to amazon and several other online retail stores with no luck.
We went to Radio shack who sadly no longer carry those plugs in my area, i was told to look through camera shops but they think i am nuts for asking....

    the plugs are listed as

    Input: 120V ~ 60 HZ output: 9v = 2000 mA

    Input: 120V ~ 60 HZ output: 24v = 20VA <-- rare plug

If anyone can help me locate these exact plugs or sell me the plugs from a none working prop they might still have? either way i now have a statue of a once working Witch.
Any help would be much appreciated, Shadowspook.

I am a static haunter, but if I were you, I would try Radio Shack.
Also, post this question in the "Halloween Props" forum. That is the place to go for the help of the prop Wizards! GOod Luck!

Seems that guitar pedal effects need this kind of power!

    http://www.amazon.com/Godlyke-Power-...dp/B001V6P6BU/

Hmm, the listing says 2000mA but if you zoom in on the photo it says 1.7A/1700mA. Maybe current models are different...

You can also find cheaper stuff on eBay. They're not regulated, but since you need exactly 9V at 2000mA / 2A (search for both terms) if you get one with the same rating it'll probably work just fine. Remember to make that little rubber stopper that keeps drips away from the power block!
