Last year I seen a giant skull made by The Pod. It was made out of plywood and he recommended a program called Rasterbator to enlarge your clipart. It has been on my mind all year and I finally got around to making some things.

Each one is made from 2 layers of plywood, all cut out with a hand held jig-saw and I will tell you that they ARE time consuming to paint! But, once they are done, they look pretty cool. They are all approximately 4 foot high and cost about $13 to make, not counting the paint.

Here are a few pics… Tell me what you think?

Incredible! Where are you going to place these because they are going to make any place on your house amazing!

I second the rasterbator program. Just started using it for tombstone layout http://homokaasu.org/rasterbator/ :

Very nice work! They somehow remind me of the decorations at the "Fun House" at a favorite amusement park I went to as a kid in the late 60's and 70's. It has that classic feel to them.
