Thread: Is this commercially made? Animated (video) "painting" with shaking frame

I was at a store today which had several props that were not for sale but were rather display pieces... One of them was a "painting" of a woman in a frame. When you stepped on a floor pad, the woman in the painting turns to look, then gets up and starts pounding on the "glass" and getting agitated, then her face starts changing in a demonic way and she attacks the "glass". It was obviously a video but the really cool part is whenever she would pound on the glass the whole thing, frame and all would shake on the wall. I was curious if anyone knows whether this is something homemade or if it is a prop that is sold commercially. I would have asked the employees but this was during a really crowded festival so they were very busy, and I couldn't stick around long.
