Trying to stuff some tights to make them look like Witches legs for a Witch crash, I have tried at least a dozen times now but the result is always poor, can anybody please give me some ideas?

I am in the process of making a demon and wanted the legs to look like they have muscles, ya know some meat on his bones. Here is a pic but basically I used pvc with a 45 or 90 degree connector for the knee. I taped pool noodles on the upper leg for thighs and used foil to make calves on the lowers legs. Maybe you can do something similar but slip tights over them?

Could also try bits of memory foam. When you tape it down in spots the rest of it likes to spring back so it looks like muscles:

Could you get a friend to put them on? Then you could wrap them with a few layers of tape, cut them off, tape them back together, then stuff. Sort of like making a duct tape dummy.
