For mine I just used a mask and put it on a wig head from Sally's Beauty supply.

Yep, that's how we did it too. Paint the wig head black and you get some creepy dark holes where the eyes should be. Also, since the torso is made of PVC, the hole in the bottom of the wig head worked well (just glue it in). We ordered a wig off eBay and bought an "old lady" wig locally. Get lots of T-pins (the ones shaped like the letter T) and pin the mask and hair to the wig head. You get a nice, tight look plus a "wattle" of extra skin at the neck, just like a real old lady LOL. I'll see if I can find some pics.

I used this mask on a groundbreaker shes pretty creepy and not that expensive. Just google "Wicce" the kids always squirm when they get too close, just get a dress for her that has a low enough cut so her wrinkly neck skin shows! Name: Wicce.jpg

Thanks, I guess I will have to go the mask and wig route.
