    Still in progress...

It's mostly wood frame, chicken-wire subskin, red cotton skin.

The head is AC ductwork, with a custom-welded mouth. There is a lawn torch/flame thrower mounted inside the head.

The mouth/tongue assembly is the only part I plan on keeping afterwards [EDIT: and the flame thrower, of course!]. If anybody is in the greater Memphis area and would like a huge dragon, contact me. [EDIT: the mrs. wants to salvage parts from it, so we will *not* be giving it away.]

    Gallery...

Wow! That's a lot of chicken wire. Love the pictures, though I can't quite get a read on your significant other's expression.
    Undead and loving it!

    Oh yeah, video...

Spouse's expression - her expression has varied from "wow this is crazy, but fun," to "God, how much longer is this going to take?" to "this is pretty awesome."

So this is amazing and I'm jealous...I have a really grumpy neighbor that we love to annoy around halloween. I know if we annoyed him this much he would probably be OFF WITH OUR HEADS LOL Amazing Work, can't wait to see finished product.

Here's a shot from the other night... We've made good progress since then. It's almost done now. All of the chicken wire is finished, and all that's left is some fabric stretching. We did a test burn last night. If I turn it up, the torch is really hot - it burned off the engine paint in about 15 seconds, and made the teeth glow orange. It's steel, so that's HOT.
