So my first try guys! What do you think any tips I am looking for all the help I can get its most appreciative!!

The blood on the jeans looks like it just absorbed in like spray paint. Get a sampler cup of dark red latex paint, and splatter it everywhere. Water it down if necessary, but thicker is better. If it doesn't absorb in, it'll look more realistic.

Nothing grosses out my wife and daughter than when they see a cut of meat where a vein is visible. I would use some 1/4" long pieces of soda straws to make a vein or two show up in the meat.

Great idea!!! Thank you hmm soda straw so paint it also or just the straw by itself?

Surgical tubing is yellowish and translucent and makes perfect veins.
