Spray bottle filled with a half and half mix of water and one of the following:
Rit whitener
detergent
delicates detergent liquid (like woolite or a dollar store knockoff - what I use)
bluing
I use an bottle that used to be for bath and bodyworks bodyspray - it does a really fine mist. Do it with the blacklight so you can see where you need to touch up.
If you want something other than the regular bluish-white glow (that's all of the above), then check out the glow hairsprays at places like Walgreens, Wal-mart and the like - anything that says "glow in the dark" will glow under blacklight REALLY well.
You can also get some Wildfire paints - they have Invisible Clear Blue, Invisible Blue, Invisible Yellow, Invisible Orange.I'm a Halloween Bride! 10/31/2002
