I am looking for a sign to have in my apothecary area, any ideas where I might purchase a prop like this? Would like to have a Halloween type one if possible. Thank You

I highly doubt you'd find something so specific. If I were making a dream-sign, I would get some weathered wood to make your own. Pick a width and height for the sign, cut enough planks to that width to make your height by staking them edge-to-edge, brace them in the back with two thin strips of wood (if the back of the sign is visible, also plank it). Get a friend with a band saw to make a top and bottom. Paint your sign with muted tones for an aged look.
If I were not making my dream sign and just needed this for one year, I'd go and get some foam insulation and cut the sign out then paint it.

If your feeling artsy making one might be your best bet. Some wood or foam and stencils, paint or even varnished print outs can make some incredible signs for low cost and more importantly as creepy as you wish.
