Looks great! I am hoping to make a PVC jack this year and maybe Zero to go with him. May I ask how you made the bowtie? Ive been wracking my brain trying to think of the best way to make it.

I bought a Jack costume back in 2007. It came with the mask, bowtie and jacket. Looks like the same costume and mask that i have.

Jack looks Great! I attached some pics, as last year we did the nightmare before christmas theme. Maybe you could get some Ideas.

Looks like you could make the bowtie out of a couple packs of Sculpy clay. Roll it out (or use a pasta maker), cut out the shape you need, bake in the oven for 20 minutes or so and paint.
