Last year for the first time I began making tombstones. My finished products were here and my frameworks in the beginning were here

I need to add at least 2 more to my collection but I wanted to do something different this year and searching through my basement I found some cardboard tubes!

Now I still need another base, so it's not done...and I do kinda wish I had more spacing between the tombstone and the pillar. However I didn't cut it large enough to begin with, but that was because I didn't have enough room as it was for writing an epitaph.

So I guess I'll just deal with it. Anyways, thought I'd share

Very nice! I like the way you designed that. Also looking forward to progress pics!

Yah gr8, I think I saw your's before. I like your spacing better. I didn't plan appropriately unfortunately. If I made the tombstone 2-4 more inches larger, then my cuts for spacing would have increased. Right now theres only like 1/4 inch.

    AHh well... Thanks everyone

I can't stress enough how much I need a tombstone like that one.

How did you do the weathering? It looks great. It looks different from the standard wash effect.
