    I have some bottles I'd like to fill with a liquid that glows under blacklight. Does anyone know where I could find such a thing?

    Tonic water glows blue. I've heard of highlighter juice mixed with water. Have never tried it though.

    Black light .com has dyes for water in several different colors.

    Highlighters glow if you hack them a part and squeeze all the "INK" into the water it works some colors better then others but it does work I have done it!!
