Curious??? Has anyone ever added blacklight dye to fog juice to get it to glow under black light? Or does anyone know of fog juice that shows up under black light?
I saw the dye on blacklight.com and they have it in many colors. They state its for water. I thought how cool would that be if i could use this in my fogger. It would bring a whole new level to a toxic spill theme.

I would highly recommend you DO NOT add anything to fog juice...Remember that people will be breathing this stuff into their lungs....You do not want to add anything to fog juice unless it's commercially available and intended to be used for this purpose....ZR

Tonic water glows under UV light because it has quinine in it. It would be unwise to add it to your fogger.

If you read your instructions to your fogger, most of them say DO NOT add anything to fog juice. Scents, light sensitive material etc. You could cause clogs in your line and ruin your fogger. Any smart haunter would not recommend you do this.

Thanks for the Replies...I understand the saftey concerns thats why I asked! It would be cool if there were a safe way to do this without harm to people and your fogger. I wish there was a product made to do so.
I know they say not to put anything but fog juice in the fog machines but there are alot of people using non toxic scents with no issues as well as fog machine cleaner...Just saying!Crazy people Have More Fun!!

The quinine isn't dangerous in the amount you consume in drinking tonic water, the amount a person would breathe would be millions of times less than if they drank a cup.
I wouldn't add it simply because the fog juice is already water and glycol, you'd be diluting it even more, so who knows if it would even fog?

Just a thought bliuld a low lying trough add water and your dye to that I fing the fog sticks close to the ground if it is wet so it might stay close to the water you just may get a nice effect that way not sure but worth a try I think

Try concealed illumination to add a hue to the fog. That looks and works well.
