OK, Problems. I see why you all start this stuff in April so the time crunch doesn't drive you insane.
Now for my setup, I have 2 Medusas, Entec open USB, Windows 7 pro 64bit, VSA 5.001, and a couple of Par 38 lights.
The problem is the relays won't run during the show. If i go into setup and set them as a DMX Relay and click the light bulb they will turn on and off as fast as i can click. When i set the same thing up to happen in a show they will turn off and not respond again. I have tried both pulse and linear bars.
Medusa 1 is set at ID 0, Medusa 2 is set at ID 24, Light 1 is set at 50, Light 2 is set at 58.
Any ideas on where to go from here?

Ok I just installed VSA on my old XP box and ran the program, it controls the relay properly.

I am a fool nothing to see here.....

My DMX relay board doesn't work right when I set to DMX Relay in VSA. It works though when I set it as a DMX Dimmer in VSA. No clue why it does that but as long as it works that's all I care about. I'd say try that in VSA. Set the device type as DMX Dimmer and use short (one or two frames) linear events with end values of 255 to turn the relay on and a short event with an end value of 0 to turn it off.

Relays are working for me now.
The problem was when I first started using VSA i was trying to clean up my screen, so i disabled all the channels but my 2 par lights. Well I learned that you can do everything to the devices while they are disabled except play them in the show. After i re enabled the devices everything works fine.
Once I get a box to put all of this in I'll take a few picks to see what you all think.

Those are the kind of fixes we like!

I think I've done that at least a few times. First I panic and think there's something wrong with a wire or connection or power or so on and so forth and I begin trouble shooting that and then suddenly I remember I disabled that track for one reason or another. It's then that one of Homer Simpson's classic responses comes to mind, DOH!
