I know the Dot Room is very popular on the forum but I wanted to suggest some ideas to people since this is my third dot room making and I have more then enough been through trial and error...

First I want to mention, I'm BIG on saving money and going cheap, so I have already bought a cheap black sheet from walmart, neon paint from walmart ($3.00 for 3 different colors) and white paint to paint first THEN apply my neon paint.

I can not believe I wasted my time on this all those previous years!

I suggest to anyone to
1. Buy the black sheet from walmart OR use black plastic. (I always use 4 flat sheets to complete my hallway)
2. Forget the paint use SPRAY paint. Much faster, a little pricier but it's worth it in the end. Just about $5.00 for a can of pink, orange, green and yellow, I lucked out and walmart had the orange on sale for $3.50

Not only does the spray paint dry QUICK but no need for the white and no need to spend hours painting away--- I really should have listened to every other thread on the dot room on spray paint.
