Thread: How glue gun and hair dryer??

I cant afford to get the webcaster, nor am I handy to make my own, so I tried a hot glue gun and a hair blow dryer.



I like the effect for outside, put inside it was too much of a mess. I think I will stick with the cotton webs for now inside until I can get a webcaster.

I have seen where you can use two styrofoam blocks. You put the hot glue on them, put them together and pull them apart and "lay" the "webs" over your prop or desired area. I had a floral designer at Michael's show me this trick.

That's pretty cool, need to check that out!

Anyone done this before and have any tips, pics, videos, etc? Sounds like a great idea
