Has anyone tried projecting video, say, onto hanging plexiglass, in the center of a green laser vortex cone? If so, how did you like the effect? Please post pics or videos if you have them.

    sounds interesting, i like!

wouldn't the fog interfere with the projection?

maybe the fog would be the projection screen? if so, that would be wicked!

Side note: You'd need to use special foil or tinted plexiglass to be able to project video on it. Smoke would definitely interfere with the projection, it would depend on the amount of smoke however. If you're going to do this I'm very interested how it will turn out.

I was hoping someone more skilled than me (that describes nearly everyone participating on these forums!) would go first. But if I attempt it, I'll definitely share pics and videos. Don't even have a projector yet so I can't run any tests. Wanted to put the idea out there and see what limitations there might be. Upke and Amk, you've already mentioned some potential issues.
