I am needing ideas for decorating a house and for a spooky, scary but fun party. I am wanting to caste a eerie grave yard scene, etc. If anyone can give me tips on what kind of props or decorations I can use I would so appreciate every suggestion I get.

Decorating inside? Outdoors? how big a space? Ar you handy/crafty? What kind of budget? Lots of ideas but maybe elaborate a bit on what type of area you are planning todecorate and you'll get a ton of suggestions. Welcome to the forum too!

I am looking to decorate both indoors and outdoors. I am wanting to do a spooky graveyard scene with fog. I know that you can use dry ice for the fog effect but not sure how. I am wanting to decorate the whole yard plus maybe even have a spooky trail to walk. It is a medium home and pretty good size yard. I am wanting coffins and such

As far as the fog effect I would NOT use dryice. It can get pretty pricey, it's dangorus (can't tell you how manytimes someone's gotten burned from it) and it requires constant up keep when you have it set up. I would honestly just buy a fog machine from walmart and make a fog chiller : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gncp2FPnk4k ( a fog chiller makes for better low lying ground fog.
If you have a dollar tree near you they have wonderfull creepy cloth that you can do virtually anything with.halloween is a super cool holiday.

I would google DIY graveyard or halloween graveyard. You should see other folks yards and get some good ideas. Tombstones are an obvious choice and easy to make or buy.
