What activates him? You have to push a button? I would love to have him out in the front yard, but that would only work if he could be motion activated, or at least constan

yeah be careful I ordered him and he came without his mouth moving (Broken) I know a lot of other people have had issues with him as well. I am still waiting to get the return Label Spirit said they sent out so I can hopefully get another one that works this time! Otherwise he is a great prop!
