I got tired of the styrofoam Tomcstones this year and decided to create ones from wood. I bought the wood at Home Depot for $15 and they cut it for free into 9 pieces. Each tombstone is 16" across and range from 20" to 28" high. I will texture and add wood lettering as well as some other things. I will keep people here updated on my progress. Here is a pic of the start after cutting and painting gray.

Looks good. How thick is the wood? Plywood? OSB?

Plywood, not that thick, but what most people do not get, its the image in front the back does not matter. Wait till you see the finished tombstones. These can stand up tp harsh winds plus the back will look awesome have a trick up my sleeve per say.

So far, so good. They look great. I like the dollar store door knocker. I picked up a few myself.
